Position Summary
To establish, drive and execute all Debit products strategies lead in Brazil in an effort to grow the key performance indicators of cards, payments volume, market share, PCE penetration and net revenue targets. A primary focus is to engage key issuers in the market to develop and implement agreed strategic initiatives of the Debit products portfolio and to identify product development opportunities for Visa in Brazil.



Responsibilities

Lead the further development of Visa's Debit Products offering including training issuer product and sales teams, delivering targeted issuer campaigns, share best practices in portfolio and campaign management with issuers, further develop Visa's brand position and key differentiators in the marketplace, while maintaining close links with International and Global subject matter experts.
Develop debit/core products capability in Brazil through analysis, market research, portfolio development and product lifecycle management.
Liaise with Brazil issuers on portfolio development and product lifecycle management.
Manage the interaction between Visa sales and Debit clients in deal positioning, compliance to contracts and fulfillment of product implementations for clients.
Develop debit/core products cross channel strategy in partnership with channel areas. Increase Product value proposition using sigital, mobile and social mídia channels.


Qualifications

Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree with 10 years industry experience.
Business degree/MBA
Proficiency of the English language

Technical
Sound knowledge of banking and payment card systems and processes
Strategic planning, project management and communication skills, customer centric focus
Negotiation skills, analytical skills, strong relationship management skills.
Experience with data management

Business
Product management experience in payments/ financial services industry
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Negotiation and business development skills.
Posses C-level sales and marketing experience, multi-level stakeholder management experience
Confidence and ability to influence and negotiate.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, team player.
