Job description
We are looking for a Account Director, Audio that will exceed revenue goals against audio spot initiative by supporting Account Directors on delivering the right message to the market. You will develop holding company specific strategies that support & deliver macro goals (close collaboration with counterparts), and identify & develop new strategies and processes that help to maximize audio business growth. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do
Support Sales Director in execution of Audio Strategy & Targets
Maintain designated initiatives (set by Senior Management)
Execute Priority Advertiser/Partner Strategy with the Sales Team
Support Account Directors and Sales Support in delivering individual goals & targets against designated accounts
Maintain consistent senior level agency engagement
Maintain internal communication with sales counterparts
Foster & cultivate a team spirit & energy that breeds & harvest ongoing success
Work from our office in Sao Paulo


Who you are
You have 7 years of experience in broadcast audio sales
You have proven aptitude in working across complex sales organizations
You are growth oriented, and have a strong personality who can build a business within a business
You have developed strong relationships with Spot Radio buyers across the major holding company agencies and main advertisers throughout Brazil
You are able to engage and cultivate relationships at a senior level in agencies & clients
You are experienced in building and delivering on strategic partnerships with high value agencies and clients
You have mobile sales experiences, and are someone who can think and act on their feet
You thrive in the challenge of a hyper growth sales environment and have the ability to be flexible as our business expands
You are passionate for music and technology
