Job description
This role is for the Dell TechDirect Alliance Manager for Latin America and that role will be responsible for the onboarding of Self Maintainer and Third Party Service Providers throughout Latin America onto the Dell TechDirect program in order to expedite the warranty parts ordering process. This role will also include all Dell TechDirect related activities in the Latin America region, including but not limited to enrollment, dispatching, remittance, reporting, and governance.
This position requires the cross functional coordination with the rest of APJ, ABU, and EMEA to drive best practices and help expand the use of online tools for Dell customers.
Coordination with other Dell global groups including Legal, WWP, Sales and Service Marketing will be required, enabling growth of the Dell TechDirect tool and program to provide greater efficiencies for Dell warranty customers and Dell Value Added Resellers and Channel providers.
Candidate should display a wide spread knowledge of Dell Service offerings, including carry in service models and onsite service. Knowledge of parts fulfillment practices, legal requirements, and field service within Latin America is a plus.
Candidate should be able to speak and write in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and be able to present to customers face to face or via live meeting con calls and help with the enrollment and account setup and certification process. Candidate must be able to demonstrate how to use the tool to request warranty service parts, run reports and instruct customers on how to manage and run their accounts properly.
Candidate will be responsible for resolving escalations in the region and for following up and responding to issues regarding the program.
Qualifications
Candidate should be able to speak and write in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and be able to present to customers face to face or via live meeting con calls. Use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Lync, OutLook all a must.
Good communication and customer handling skills is a must. Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work under pressure of deadlines. Good negotiating skills.
