Job description
Description: The Business Development and Solution Architect collaborates the Client Account Lead to identify, solution, resource, and deliver opportunities associated with the ACPS business offerings. These offerings include:
· Portfolio & risk management solutions
· Project management & assurance services
· Engineering & project data solutions
· Project support services
The Business Development and Solution Architect will collaborate with the Technology Account Lead (TAL), Management Account Lead (MAL) and Business Process Outsourcing Lead (BAL) to identifying and develop the organizational capabilities necessary to support the client(s) capital project capability. Through these relationships and related client account governance structures, Business Development and Solution Architect represents Accenture’s capital project capability and offerings in a designated client account and/or portfolio of client accounts across a geographic region. The Business Development and Solution Architect will have dual reporting lines:
· A functional reporting line to the Regional ACPS Business Service Lead. This reporting line will be responsible for objective setting, performance management and career counselling.
· A client/geographic reporting line to the Client Account Lead (CAL) or Client Service Group Lead (CSG). This reporting line is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day efforts per the agreed client or geographic account plan. Performance feedback from the CAL/CSG Lead is provided to the Regional ACPS Business Service Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establishes self as a key subject matter advisor on one or more of Accenture’s Capital Project Service offerings.
· Is a key contributor to the client account or portfolio of client accounts through industry insights and a broad understanding of Accenture’s Capital Project Service offerings.
· Has a broad understanding of Accenture’s Management Consulting, Technology and Business Process Outsourcing offerings and is able to appropriately position applicable Accenture’s Capital Project Service offerings within these.
· Is able to establish and expand relationships with key individuals within the client account.
· Seeks to expand the use of Accenture’s capital project services and resources within the client account or portfolio of client accounts.
· Generates and supports new client value creation opportunities within the client account. Where appropriate, seeks to draw in other related technology and business process outsourcing offerings.
· Makes a significant contribution to the knowledge capital, solutions, services or intellectual property of Accenture through their engagement on the client account(s).
· Seeks to create re-usable solutions, processes or work products that can be contributed to Accenture’s Knowledge Xchange and used by other client account teams.
· Completes proposal and/or delivery assurance reviews of work to ensure alignment to client expectations, contractual commitments and the appropriate use of Accenture’s knowledge capital.
· Ensures high quality work products and processes and the appropriate integration of these into other project activities.
· Owns and/or supports the definition of account plans, workplans, resourcing schedules, estimates, budgets and quality assurance plans related to the delivery of management consulting activities – as this relates to Accenture’s Capital Project Business Services.
· Supports the sourcing, scheduling, deployment and performance management of resources to defined engagements.
· Supports, as part of the leadership team, the management of risks/threats to project or activities within designated client account and/or portfolio of client accounts.
· Establishes self within a network of other Business Development and Solution Architects (within and/or across geographical regions) to contribute to and/or extract insights to further develop designated client account and/or portfolio of client accounts.
· Is responsible for their personal and professional development needed to build the skills needed to execute the role of a Business Development and Solution Architect.
· Supports the development of skills across the account team in areas related to capital projects and integration of capital project services into related management consulting, technology and business process outsourcing activities.
· Supports the retention and professional development of key employees across the designated client account and/or portfolio of client accounts.
· Builds and maintains a high quality team within the account through appropriate succession planning, employee engagement, career planning, mentoring and performance management activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Experience in managing construction projects and installation, engineering, commissioning.
· Project/program management capability.
· Strong analytic capabilities.
· Broad understanding of Accenture’s management consulting solution architecting, offerings, knowledge capital and thought leadership.
· Broad technical aptitude, knowledge and experience across applications, information, technology, and process domains. · Strong strategic planning, account development and management capabilities, including approaches, processes, tools and methods.
· Networking / Knowledge in engineering, oil and gas, construction, mining markets.
· Engineer Bachelor’s degree.
· Advanced english.

Accountable to the Director of the Americas Region, you will be responsible for running the Brazilian subsidiary (130 employees, €5.5 million revenue).
In this role, you will manage and develop the activity of the pharmaceutical branch, ensuring the application of strategic directives and fixed policies by Senior Management. You will also manage the support functions. You will also be responsible for administrative matters for the entire subsidiary including Dermo-cosmetic activity and industrial activity (200 employees in total).
Your role will consist in:
- Defining, proposing and implementing the strategy used to achieve development objectives (revenue, expenditure and margins)
- Steering the development of existing activity and analyzing new development opportunities
- Implementing development of the branch in the local market by preparing an annual budget in line with the strategic plan and by ensuring the correct assignment of resources and the attaining of objectives
- Directing the organization and activity of the business entities, and guiding them in their relations with the international entities in France
- Managing the organization and activity of local teams
- Continually analyzing performance and adapting and prioritizing actions performed
- Going beyond what is expected to promote culture and develop the image of the brand and Pierre Fabre Group activity abroad.
