Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Program Specialist vary by the function and project that you are working in. Below are some of the responsibilities that you could be accountable for:
• Lead and/or manage small projects throughout the Supply Chain Operations Business Project Life Cycle (Business Justification, Concept, Plan, Development, Validation, Deployment, and Sustainability) or manage a portion of a larger, more complex program.
• Resolve project issues and coordinate appropriate escalation.
• Work closely with our partner network to identify areas of improvement that deliver competitive advantage for Cisco and our customers in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity and cost..
• Support identification of organizational & business improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales and the Supply Chain Organization to develop manufacturing plans.
• Provide quantitative analysis of data to drive decision making and improve processes and tools.
Education:
Desired Degrees are Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Operations Research, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Operations. Will also consider Masters level candidate with less than 2 yrs of experience.
Required to be fluent in English
